THE OPTIONS
Option 1 – Dedicated Workstation
Your own dedicated desk within our existing office.
Ideal for freelancers, sole proprietors, field staff, or companies that need a professional workspace or location in Liezen.
Option 2 – Private, Lockable Office
A separate office is available for anyone who needs more privacy.
The office can be used exclusively and is therefore also ideal for confidential discussions, focused work, or as a small company location.
MEETING ROOM INCLUDED
In addition to your own workspace or office, our meeting room is available for shared use, subject to availability.
This allows you to hold client appointments, consultations, or internal meetings right on-site without having to rent your own meeting room.
ALL INCLUDED IN ONE MONTHLY FIXED FEE
The major advantage of our office-sharing concept is its simple cost structure.
The agreed-upon monthly rent already includes the essential operating costs.
These include, in particular:
• Use of the agreed-upon workspace or private office
• Shared use of the meeting room, subject to availability
• Electricity
• Heating and ongoing operating costs
• Internet/Wi-Fi
• Use of common areas
• Kitchen
• Restroom facilities
• Coffee machine and coffee
• Existing office infrastructure (printer, etc.)
This means there is no separate electricity bill, no need for your own coffee maker, and no additional costs for setting up and operating a fully equipped office.
THE OFFICE
The location features a spacious entrance and common area with a kitchen.
Several workstations are available in the office. In addition, there is a separate, partitioned office as well as a dedicated meeting room.
The existing office continues to be used by KR Real. This creates not a traditional, anonymous coworking concept, but rather a small office community within a professional work environment.
